It's Fall!

Welcome to another challenge at The Cat's Pajamas.  Before I start with information on this weeks challenge, I want to thank everyone for joining us in the last challenge, Pattern Play.  There were some fantastic makes and I loved seeing them all.

For this week we are asking you to use Fall colors on your TCP Tuesday creations.  Here's what I came up with using the sweet Friendship set and some watercolor smooshing -

Here are the details on our challenge -

  1. Every other Tuesday a new challenge will be posted on The Cat’s Pajamas blog and our Facebook page.
  2. If you want to play along you just upload your design to The Cat’s Pajamas blog page using the InLinkz button by the Monday, 11:55 EDT before the next challenge.
  3. You are not required to use a Cat’s Pajamas stamp or die but if you have them we would love to see them.
  4. On the following TCP Tuesday, the winner will be chosen from the previous challenge and will receive a Cat Cash Voucher for $10 or $15 if a TCP product is used.

For more ideas, stop in and see ChristineNancy and Wendy.  Thanks so much for stopping by.  Looking forward to seeing your wonderful creations!

It's time for another CRAFT Challenge!  We would love for you to join us this week.  We are challenging you to create relating to Fall, Halloween or Autumn.  That leaves thing wide open!

Our Sponsors this week are -

Here's my creation using the DRS Designs image Berry Wreath -

I really love the way you can change up this gorgeous wreath for any season.  I was obviously inspired by the Bittersweet wreaths that start showing up this time of year.

I hope you'll make it over to join us at CRAFT Challenge.  At the very least stop by to see what the DT had created.  They are an amazingly talented group.

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Favorite Colors!

It's time for another As You Like It Challenge.  This fortnight our challenge theme is to use your favorite color combination.  Use your favorite colors on your creation and be sure to tell us why it's your favorite.

This week our sponsor is:

Wild Orchid Crafts

Here is my card, using one of my most favorite  color combinations; Pink, Green and Blue.  This darling image is Lucy's Flowers from Sasayaki Glitter -

I love these colors because they make me smile and they just go so well together in my opinion.  I also think they are perfect for this oh so sweet image.  Lucy reminds me of my daughter when she was a little one.

I'm really looking forward to seeing your creations.  I can't wait to be inspired to us some new color combinations.  So, head back to the AYLI blog to link up your creation.  While you are there, check out the fabulous prize that's up for grabs and take a look at the gorgeous creations the DT made for you to see!

Thanks for stopping by, I hope your week is going well!

School Rules!!

Happy Wednesday!  It's Little Red Wagon time and Heather wants to see our "School Rules" creations!

I picked up a few of Sassy Cheryl's digis that are about to retire (and are on sale!) and Backpack Max seemed perfect for this challenge .  Here's my make -

Gonna make this short and sweet (cause I forgot to do this post last night and I'm running a bit late for work).  Please join us at Little Red Wagon.  For inspiration, visit the Girlfriends because they rule too!

Hope your week is going smoothly and full of blessings!

Halloween Goodie Bag Tags

Welcome back to the Whimsie Doodles challenges.  There have been a couple of changes in the challenges.  The challenges will continue to start on the 15th of the month.  The great news is they will be anything goes with a twist.  There will be one winner drawn at random from all eligible entries. If the winning entry has followed the "Anything Goes" theme the prize will be THREE standard Whimsie Doodles images of their choice.  However, if the winning entry has followed the twist, the prize will be FIVE  they will win 5 standard Whimsie Doodles images of their choice.  Pretty nifty changes if you ask me.

So....Halloween is just one big party, right?   I saw these darling images and was immediately inspired -

For my creation, I've made some Halloween tags to attach to goodie bags for my co-workers.  They may even like the tags better than the goodies!

These cuties are called Halloween Hootenannies and all 8 images are included in this fun set.  You can find them among the Halloween images near the bottom of this page.  I used a tag for the base and fussy cut the images before adding Stickles for a bit of sparkle.  I have one more little project I made with these cuties.  I'll share them with you next month.

I sure hope you'll join our challenge, I really love seeing your creations.  Thanks so much for stopping by!

CFT 381

It's time for another CRAFT Challenge!  We would love for you to join us in making a Christmas creation.

Our Sponsors this week are -

Pickled Potpourri

The Stamping Boutique

Here is my Christmas card using Lili of the Valley Bear and Penguin -

I tried coloring with distress ink on Bristol smooth surface paper.  I was fun, but you definitely have more control over the colors with alcohol markers.

I am looking forward to seeing you creations linked up at CRAFT Challenge blog.  Be sure to take a look at the lovely DT creations.  As usual, they are fab!

Thanks for stopping by.
